Adult Therapy

I seek to provide a secure and nurturing environment in which trauma and old wounds can be safely explored and healed.

 

Many of my adult clients have difficulty in relationships. They struggle with trusting people or feeling intimate with others. They may have a chronic sense of guilt or responsibility and have difficulty regulating emotions. I work in partnership with clients to move from fear and distrust into greater security, deeper connection with others, and increased enjoyment in relationships.
